These rules apply to those who purchase my products.
Rules may be updated from time-to-time.
1. My designs may be re-sold, traded, or gifted.
However, you are not allowed to sell for more than the original price. If it has commissioned artwork, you may then sell the adopt for more according to the prices you got them for. Designs received through a gift or trade may also be sold, following the rules above.
1.5 FAQ
— "Can I trade/sell designs that I got through a raffle or for free?" Trading designs you got for free/through a raffle is OKAY.Selling designs you got for free is NOT OKAY. Unless you commissioned additional art for it, then you can sell the adopt according to the prices you paid for.
2. You are allowed to make any changes.
These include, but are not limited, to the following: colors, gender, adding more or removing some of the details. As long as the original design is still noticeable or attached as reference, you are allowed to do any of these. Do not ever delete the original adopt, even if you edit it.
3. Sale of designs are PERSONAL USE ONLY unless you explicitly pay the commercial fee.
Without rights purchased, you are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way. You do not need to pay the commercial fee immediately. They may be purchased later to all designs where the purchase of commercial rights is made available in the original sales post. Paying for the commercial fee will give you rights to the mentioned below:
3.5 They will be considered commercial use if you check any of the following:
— Will you be using the commission for financial gain? If yes, it's commercial.
— (For Streamers/Vtubers) Are you an affiliate or partner? If yes, your streams have ads, and therefore your stream is commercial.
— Will you be using your commission for merchandise, prints, etc.? If yes, it's commercial.
4. Credits are always a must!
1. Holds are accepted (10 DAYS MAX).
On the day of the hold, the buyer will be given 24hrs to pay. If the buyer has no updates after I've sent reminders and no payment has been sent, the adoptable will be immediately back up for purchase.
2. NO SPECIFIED DATE = NO HOLD!
Please give me a specific or exact date on how long you will be holding the adopt. This will pose a delay for those who want to pay upfront.
3.Holds are valid only once, no re-holding or extending the hold time.
However, if your hold is up and you are still interested in getting the adopt you wanted, you will have to pay upfront.
4. If you back-out from holds multiple times, I will have to restrict you from holding until further notice.
1. Payment plans are only available to those who have who have previously purchased my Adopts and has good payment history.
2. Payment plans are only available for purchases higher than $100USD.
Payments are required to be sent through invoices. Additionally, you must send a down payment (of at least 25% of the total cost, $25USD is the minimum) for any payment plan.
3. We can then discuss how much you can pay every two weeks (after the down-payment — the first initial payment for the plan).
After that, you will have two months to pay the rest.
4. If you fail to complete payment then no money will be refunded and the character still does not belong to you.
Adopters that fail to respect my TOS will be restricted!
Please understand that this is where I have found standard income to pay for bills, personal necessities, and just for me to get through life.
